Even though we had a long night last night, with Hayden waking up somewhere between 2 and 3 in the morning, ready to start his day, we still managed to have quite a fun, productive morning. We made rice krispy treats, using 1/2 Frosted Rice Krispy's, and 1/2 Fruity Pebbles. They turned out great, and both boys love them. Hayden used to not be a fan of ones with Fruity Pebbles, even though he LOVED to eat a bowl of cereal with Fruity Pebbles & milk. But this time, he liked them!
After we finished making our treats and trying them out, we danced around to some music, and played some games =] With it almost being lunch time I figured I better get something figured out. I decided on French Toast sticks, bacon, and hashbrowns. Hayden loves french toast, but I knew having them in the stick form would be a toughy. Once I put his plate in front of him, he really didn't want anything to do with the french toast sticks, OR the huge "puddle" of syrup that he could dip them in. As I put the hashbrowns back in the freezer, Hayden spotted the ice cream. Shortly after, he asked nicely for an ice cream cone! I told him if he ate all of his french toast sticks, and bacon, he could have one. And what did he do? He ate all of them :) Once he tried one, he was off to the next, and so on. He loved them, just like the rice crispy treats. Two new things for Hayden in one day. Awesome :)
I love it! Glad Hayden tried 2 new things today!

Me too, but sad we couldn't make it to church this morning! I think we will still plan on going, maybe next Sunday. Hayden wanted to go to Milo's church, so we'll see!
